Hair and Makeup Contract

THIS MAKEUP & HAIR SERVICE CONTRACT is made and entered into as of February 11, 2026 by and between

In consideration of the mutual covenants herein contained and, intending to be legally bound hereby, the Client and Makeup Artist agree as follows:

Additional Fees

Early Morning Fee $100 for each hour before 8am: ( billed in 30 minute blocks ) Total (one fee per hair artist team / one fee per makeup artist team)
Assistants Fee (additional stylist needed / $75 per extra stylist hired )
6 Person Minimum Not Met Fee. Price will be adjusted on your quote.
Parking Fee Parking/ Hotel Valet Rate is covered by bride. Valet will be used for busier locations with difficult parking. Additional fees may apply (will be included in quote).

Travel Fee Policy

Our travel fee is a flat rate of $125 for the first hour per artist. Each additional hour of travel is billed at $75 per hour, calculated round trip from either Aesthetic Beauty Bar – Fremont, OH or Aesthetic Beauty Bar – West Chester, OH.

If you are booking a team artist, travel will be calculated from the nearest salon (Fremont or West Chester).
If you are booking the Master Artist, travel will be calculated exclusively from West Chester, OH.

MAKEUP ARTIST / HAIRSTYLIST RESPONSIBILITY

The Artist’s obligation to perform services is subject to unavailability due to illness, accidents, natural disasters, or any other events beyond their control. In such a case, the retainer will be refunded to the client, minus any completed trial costs.

2025 MAKEUP & HAIR RATES

Bridal Makeup: $150

Bridal Makeup Trial: $150

Bridal Party Makeup: $100

Bridal Party Hair: $100

Please note: A 6-person minimum is required for on-location wedding bookings for the rates above. If the minimum is not met, rates will be adjusted and quoted accordingly based on travel and artist availability.

LATE ARRIVAL

A $35 late fee per 30 minutes will be added to the total if the client is not ready at the scheduled start time, even if they are physically present but unavailable due to other obligations.

EVENT LOCATION

Makeup and/or hair services will be performed at the location agreed upon between the Client and Aesthetic Beauty Bar LLC. Any last-minute location changes may result in additional fees or travel charges.

BOOKING FEE (IN-STATE WEDDINGS)

To secure your wedding date, the travel fee and applicable sales tax must be paid as a non-refundable retainer. No date is secured without this payment. • The remaining balance is due on the day of the event, payable individually to each stylist by cash or credit card. • All credit card payments are subject to a 3% processing fee.

OUT-OF-STATE BOOKING FEE

For weddings requiring travel outside of Ohio, a 50% non-refundable retainer based on the total service cost is required to book. • The remaining 50% balance is due 30 days prior to the wedding date. • Accepted Payment Methods: • Cash • Credit Card (3% fee applied to remaining balance)

OUT-OF-STATE TRAVEL & LODGING

Client agrees to provide or reimburse the following for each stylist:

Round-trip airfare from Cincinnati, OH (or another agreed-upon departure city)
Minimum 2 night stay at agreed upon hotel/AirBNB near venue.
Per Diem: $200 per day, per stylist, covering meals, transportation, tolls, and incidentals

All arrangements must be finalized at least 90 days before the wedding date.

HOURLY RATE FOR TOUCH-UPS

If touch-up services are needed after the initial makeup or hair application, an hourly rate of $75/hour will be charged in 1 hour increments.

BALANCE & ADD-ONS

Final payments are due to Katelyn Laureano (or assigned stylist) as outlined above. If additional services are added on the wedding day, an adjusted total will be calculated and must be paid on-site before services are rendered.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations of the wedding/event can be made up to 90 days prior to the scheduled date without additional penalties. However, please note that the retainer is non-refundable and non-transferable to another date.
By signing this contract, you are agreeing to the number of makeup and hair services outlined in the original quote. Once the contract is signed, services cannot be reduced (i.e., removing makeup or hair applications from the schedule).
If you wish to add additional services or clients, please contact your artist as soon as possible so we can ensure availability and make necessary arrangements.
If canceled within 30 days of the event, the full remaining balance (100%) is still due.

No exceptions will be made. This date is reserved specifically for you and cannot be rebooked.
